• YorBuild project for Calderdale Council – Re-roofong works at Riverside School, Hebden Bridge – £157,000.
• Refurbishment & internal alterations to former nightclub into Church congregation space and cafe area for the Church of England at Fountains Church, Glydegate, Bradford in the sum of £821,000.
