£200,000 refurbishment of the Outpatients at the Brotherton Wing.

University of Bradford

£760,000 refurbishment of laboratories, offices and circulation areas for the Faculty of Life sciences.

Chequerfield Infant School, Pontefract

£670,000 refurbishment of a vacant building to provide a new pupil referral unit.

Heath Training Centre, Halifax

£2,000,000 full refurbishment of an existing Victorian school building to provide new a primary school and adult learning centre.
