Refurbishment of block 4 of Chapel Allerton Hospital, Leeds for the Dental Institute to form a new dental suite.
Works included a complete strip-out and removals, including asbestos. The works involved mechanical and electrical works, boarding, joinery, stud walls plastering works, new ceilings and flooring along with a full new fit-out of specialist dental furniture and equipment.
