Full external refurbishment.
Including the installation of external wall insulation, replacement windows and doors, and an enhancement to communal external areas and associated works.
A new access ramp was also installed. The works were completed in an occupied building, weekly resident meetings were held to keep everyone informed about the works and to answer any questions.
