This project involved the full internal refurbishment of an existing Victorian hospital building to form offices for the Trust.
The works were carried out within a live healthcare site. The works included internal structural alteration works, new soundproofing and fire protection between floors, mechanical and electrical services and a comprehensive fit-out to create 3 new floors of office accommodation.
